Transforming mental healthcare
I believe in a holistic approach that addresses the biopsychosocial-spiritual nature of human beings. You are not a number but a unique individual who deserves great concern and care. I take pride in getting to know my clients on a deep level in order to understand their needs. I offer personalized counseling.
Danielle Beason, MA, LPC, NCC
Hi, I’m Danielle, and I’m deeply passionate about walking alongside you on your journey to healing and wholeness. I am a trauma therapist with over 20 years in the mental health field and 5 years of experience as a counselor. I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals navigate their challenges and emerge stronger on the other side. My journey in this field began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2008, and later earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to fit your unique needs. I’m trained in a variety of techniques, including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family System Therapy (IFS), motivational interviewing, polyvagal theory, attachment based methods, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Ego State Therapy, inference based cognitive behavioral therapy, and life coaching. What I love most is helping people heal from trauma, empowering them to reach their goals and dreams. Whether you're navigating individual challenges or seeking to strengthen your relationship, I am here to support you every step of the way.
I also focus on helping couples create the deep friendship, connection, and intimacy they deserve. I am trained in Gottman couples therapy and serve as a facilitator for the Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) program, helping pre-marital couples set a strong foundation for their future together. I believe that healing often comes through a supportive therapeutic relationship, where unconditional support and genuine connection are central.
It is my goal to work collaboratively with you to set realistic and achievable goals, helping you design the life you envision. I want to help you find the rest and renewal you deserve and guide you through the process of transformation.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying time with my husband and three children. As a family, we love exploring the beautiful outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer, from hiking and fishing to camping and paddle boarding. Traveling and reading a good book are also among my favorite ways to unwind. Above all, I cherish the relationships in my life and believe in the power of being fully present with those I love.
If you’re ready to take the next step on your path to healing, I would love to work with you. Let’s begin this journey together!
“I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now”. ~Virginia Satir
